When We Work Together – We may share information between and among Starbucks EMEA Limited and its affiliates, as well as Starbucks Corporation, its subsidiaries, and affiliated companies for purposes of management and analysis, decision making, and other business purposes. "Do Not Track" Technology – Some web browsers have a "Do Not Track" preference that transmits a "Do Not Track" header to the websites you visit with information indicating that you do not want your activity to be tracked. The Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Your Rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may have various rights in respect of your personal information, such as the right of access, rectification, restriction, opposition, portability and erasure. Starbucks protects your information using technical, physical, and administrative security measures to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of your information. Starbucks will only retain your information for as long as is reasonably needed for each purpose.

International Transfers of Personal Data
Some of the third parties with whom we share your personal information may be located in the United States and other countries outside of the European Economic Area, including in countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. Privacy Shield
We share your personal information with Starbucks Corporation, which participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks. Starbucks is committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries, and Switzerland, in reliance on the Privacy Shield Frameworks, to the applicable Principles. Starbucks Corporation is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf, under the Privacy Shield Framework. Starbucks complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, Starbucks Corporation is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, Starbucks may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
